Angie Spearing is a Canadian artist based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Creating under the label Square One Art Designs, which is a nod to new beginnings, she is inspired by the beauty around us and loves capturing it in an impressionistic style. Angie is a versatile and multi-faceted artist who enjoys experimenting with different mediums, primarily watercolour and soft pastels. Her subjects include landscapes, florals, wildlife, pets and the occasional race car. She loves colour and feels that all things are better with a little bling. Look closely at her watercolours and you will see each one is marked with her signature metallic gold dot. Today, Angie Spearing's pieces can be found in homes and offices in Canada, the USA, and as far away as the UK!  Her story continues to evolve with several projects and collaborations currently in development. Angie's commissioned work is growing rapidly and there are plans for more shows and exhibits - it all started at Square One!
